THIS POOP CHART TELLS YOU WHAT’S HAPPENING IN YOUR GUT

Updated: Dec 28, 2020

Right now, you may be ignoring one of your body's informational super-sources: your poop. Going number two might not be the prettiest topic for a dinner party, but there's a lot to learn from this normal yet strange process. In the end, it's solely a part of our functioning body. Paying attention to your body and making small changes can make a huge difference in how you feel and perform.

Your poop can tell you if you should adjust your diet, drink more water, or see your doctor. A small change could help you build a healthier gut, absorb more nutrients from your food, and develop your good gut bacteria, which will help you look and feel your best.

If there's something in your diet that is causing digestive issues, it will also cause inhibition with the muscle closest to it. Fixing your GUT will also fix muscle imbalances! We talk about this in our last article "Could Your Back Pain Be Caused By Inflammation."

The Poopie Line-up and Poopie policeman

The poopie line-up and policeman was developed by Paul Chek to teach clients and their children how to recognize symptoms of dehydration, poor digestion, and toxicity. Ancient physicians relied primarily on physical and emotional symptoms, along with their patients' feces and urine, to make a diagnosis. They'd smell the feces, examine it, and break it open to search for undigested food particles, worms, blood, mucus, tissue particles, and any other internal balance indicator. While your doctor is not likely to go through your pop, you can learn about your digestion through self-examination.

The poopie Policeman and line-up starts from right to left: the Flasher, Diarrhea, Pellet man, the bodybuilder, Olympic swimmer, Mr. Sinker' n' Stinker.

1- The Poopie Policeman: represents a healthy bowel movement. It is well-shaped and consistent, passes quickly, light brown color, natural smell, and floats and flushes on the first attempt.

2- The Flasher: Has undigested food particles, which is not normal. Having Food particles in your poop is a sign of food intolerances or inflammatory disorder o the digestive system.

3-Diarrhea: Is the body's desperate attempt at detoxification. Even if you're constipated and dehydrated, your body will scavenge extra water to remove toxins from the body.

4-Pellet Man: Resembles rabbit or sheep manure and may indicate altered stated between the colon and dehydration's peristalsis.

5-The bodybuilder: Often Larger in diameter than a poopie policeman and are hard to pass. Such bowel movements sometimes come from eating too many dehydrated and processed foods, especially protein bars and shakes.

6-Olympic Swimmer: Lighter in color than the poopie policeman due to the high content of undigested fat and usually are hard to flush. This poop may indicate a deficiency in bile, which breaks down fats.

7- Mr.Sinker 'n' Stinker: This bowel appears after being exposed to processed foods, toxic environment, and or medical drugs. If your poop looks like this, take steps to DETOXIFY your body.
